How to Use Notify Me in Safari on iPhone with iOS 27

One of the useful new Safari features in iOS 27 is called Notify Me.

With Notify Me, you can ask Safari to watch a webpage for a specific change and notify you when it happens. This means you no longer have to keep opening and refreshing the same webpage yourself.

For example, you can ask Safari to notify you when a product drops below a certain price, an item comes back in stock, tickets become available, or information on a webpage changes.

Here’s how to set it up.

How to use Notify Me in Safari

Step 1: Open Safari

Open Safari on your iPhone and visit the webpage you want Safari to monitor.

For example, this could be the page of a product you’re waiting to go on sale.

Step 2: Open the webpage menu

Tap the three lines next to the website address in Safari.

This opens the menu with additional options for the webpage you’re currently viewing.

Step 3: Tap Notify Me

Select Notify Me from the menu.

You can now tell Safari exactly what you want it to watch for.

Step 4: Tell Safari what you want to know

Type what you want Safari to notify you about.

For example:
“Notify me when the price drops below $20.”

You can be specific about the change you’re interested in, rather than simply asking Safari to tell you whenever anything on the page changes.

Step 5: Let Safari do the checking

Once your Notify Me request has been created, you don’t need to keep checking the webpage yourself.

Safari will monitor it for you. When the condition you entered is met, you’ll receive a notification on your iPhone.

Tap the notification to return to the webpage and see what has changed.

What can you use Safari Notify Me for?

There are lots of situations where Notify Me can be useful. You could ask Safari to notify you when:

• A product drops below a certain price

• An out-of-stock product becomes available again

• Tickets become available

• New information is added to a webpage

• An event or schedule is updated

• Something else you're waiting for changes

Instead of repeatedly refreshing a page, you can simply tell Safari what you're waiting for.

How to manage your Notify Me alerts

You can also see and manage the Notify Me requests you've already created.

Go to:
Settings → Apps → Safari → Notify Me

Here you can manage the webpages and requests Safari is monitoring for you.
